I am excited to participate in the 37th Annual The Ben to the Shore, which supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation!  

I’m participating for several important reasons: To honor and thank the EMTs and police officers who responded so rapidly and expertly when I was in dire need. To honor and support friends of friends who have been tragically killed while cycling. Lastly, because I can. Meaning this is my way of showing my gratitude to the amazing support I received from my family, friends and co-workers; and for the best-in-class treatment I received from so many talented HCPs.
